EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.
If you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it. You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.
If you want to return the product for any other reason, please follow below process:
Submit Your Return Request at hello@TheHandcraft.in within 7 days of delivery. Please explain the reason you want to return the product, along with photos, as necessary.
Once we are satisfied with the return reason, we will issue a return material letter to you. No returns will be accepted without proper RMA from us.
We will then arrange for a reverse pickup from your side- for which no amount is needed to be paid on your end.
We would inspect the product upon receipt, and communicate to you our decision to process full/ partial refund as per the specific condition of return. We will issue 100% refund in case of damaged, defective items.
In case of a size issue- you may write to us on hello@TheHnadcraft.in within 7 days of order delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and drop the correct size to you.
Please do not miss out on writing to us with your order ID and also the shoe size you need.
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
Any product that exhibits physical damage due to excessive rough use or mis-use.
Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
Please maintain your bill and packaging to fulfill criteria for a hassle free return.
If you wish to cancel the order you’ve placed for whatever reason, please do so before the product is in the make/ shipped (24 hours), whichever is earlier. In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount.
If unfortunately you fail to do so and the product has already been shipped, then we accept cancellations only in case of defectives.
